Lately I have found (I wonder why) that mindless pop music has its advantages. I love Gwen Stefani's new album, and my newest mind-numbing craze is Lily Allen's new record Alright, Still. It has been out in the UK for a while longer, so those of you with UK connections may already know it (eh Jebbo?)

Yeah, I hadn't gotten to buying it yet, but what I heard was good. I'll probably get it now.
Speaking of clean (but apropos of nothing), I had a discussion this weekend about the proposed mandatory HPV vaccine for young girls in Texas. Someone said "of course you don't get it if you are a nun", which amused me, as one of the possible effects of HPV is I believe infertility... so it's good to know that the nuns will still be able to have children.
Oh my. oh oh my my
Oh and one other thing... speaking of friends and money... $275 round trip Fridays to Mondays direct flights Atlanta to Houston.
Just sayin'.
